We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We only collect the data that is needed to run our website, process your order and support you. We do not sell your data to anyone.
This policy explains which data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

- Sending the payment link, order confirmation and access details – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Customer support via email or WhatsApp – Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
- Keeping invoices and order records – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligations under tax and commercial law).
- Operating a secure and stable website – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
- Optional cookies or services – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), which you can withdraw at any time.
5Payment (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland. When you click the payment link, you are taken to a secure Stripe page, where you enter your payment details directly with Stripe.
We pass your email address and order number to Stripe so the payment can be matched to your order. Stripe processes your data according to its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.

6WhatsApp
You can contact us via WhatsApp (for example for a free trial or support). WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland. When you use WhatsApp, WhatsApp/Meta processes your phone number and metadata.
The WhatsApp button on our website is only a link. No data is sent to WhatsApp until you click it. Using WhatsApp is voluntary, and you can always contact us by email instead.

7Emails
We use your email address to send you order-related messages: order confirmation, payment link, access details and support replies. These are necessary for the contract and are not advertising.
We will only send you newsletters or offers if you have expressly agreed to this. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Our emails are sent via [email provider, e.g. Brevo / Mailgun], which processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our interest in a well-designed, working website) or your consent, where required.
10Hosting
Our website is hosted by [hosting provider, name and address]. The hosting provider processes all data that arises when you visit our website, on our behalf and according to our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR). Server log files are deleted automatically after [e.g. 14] days.
11Transfers Outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Stripe, Meta/WhatsApp, Google, Cloudflare) may also process data in the USA. Where this happens, the transfer is based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
12How Long We Keep Your Data
- Order and invoice data: up to 10 years, as required by tax and commercial law.
- Support messages: until your request is fully resolved, then deleted within 12 months unless a longer period is required by law.
- Server log files: a few days (see section 10).
After these periods end, your data is deleted.
13Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- Correct incorrect data (Art. 16)
- Delete your data (Art. 17)
- Restrict processing (Art. 18)
- Receive your data in a common format (Art. 20)
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- Withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))

14Security
Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption, which you can recognise by the “https://” and the lock symbol in your browser. We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
15Minors
Our offer is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
16Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.
