1General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all use of the website genautv.de and to every subscription purchased from GenauTV (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our website or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Different terms of the customer do not apply unless we have agreed to them in writing.

2Our Service

GenauTV provides a subscription-based streaming service that can be used on supported devices such as Smart TVs, Android/Fire TV devices, smartphones, tablets and computers. The exact features, number of connections and duration depend on the plan you choose, as described on our Our Subscriptions page at the time of purchase.

A stable internet connection is required. We recommend at least 16 Mbit/s for HD and 25 Mbit/s for 4K content.

3Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is true and complete.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of the service complies with the laws that apply in your country.

4Ordering & Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our plans on the website is not a binding offer. By completing checkout, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected plan. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or send you your access details.

We usually deliver your access details within a few hours, and at the latest within 48 hours after successful payment.

5Free Trial

We may offer a free test version, which can be requested via WhatsApp. The trial is free of charge, ends automatically and does not turn into a paid subscription. We may limit trials to one per person, household or device.

6Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include any applicable VAT. The price shown at the time of your order applies.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering for the entire subscription period.

7Term & Renewal

Your subscription runs for the period you selected (e.g. 1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, it does not renew automatically; we will contact you before it ends so you can extend it if you wish.

If you chose a plan with automatic renewal, you can cancel it at any time before the next billing date. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid.

8Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Consumers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, including how the right applies once the service has started, can be found in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9Your Account & Access Details

• Your access details are personal and for use in your own household only.
• Keep your login details confidential and do not share them with others.
• You may only use the number of simultaneous connections included in your plan.
• Inform us immediately if you suspect someone else is using your account.

10Acceptable Use

When using GenauTV, you must not:

• Resell, rent out, share or publicly show the service or your access details.
• Record, copy, re-stream or redistribute any content.
• Try to bypass technical limits, hack, overload or disrupt our systems.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or end your access without refund (see section 13).

11Availability of the Service

We work hard to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Short interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical faults or reasons outside our control (e.g. internet outages, third-party providers).

The channel list and available content may change over time. Changes to individual channels or programmes do not entitle you to a refund, as long as the service as a whole remains usable.

12Liability

We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health.

For slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations, and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. We are not liable for problems caused by your internet connection, your devices, or third-party apps and players.

Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. under product liability laws) remains unaffected.

13Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access with immediate effect if you seriously breach these Terms, in particular section 10, or if a payment is reversed or charged back without good reason. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

14Privacy

We process your personal data only as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with the GDPR.

15Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [country]. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we are always happy to solve any issue with you directly.

If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

16Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version valid at the time of your order applies to that order. We will inform you by email about important changes that affect existing subscriptions.
